Terms of Service –ANITA ZUGEC

ANITA ZUGEC provides a personalized subscription service that allows our users to access video and audio interaction material (“ANITA ZUGEC content”) broadcast via the Internet on mobile phones, computers and other devices connected to the Internet (“devices”).

1. Subscription

1.1. Your subscription in ANITA ZUGEC will continue until termination. To use the service ANITA ZUGEC you must have Internet access and a device and allow us one or more Payment Methods. “Payment Method” means a current, valid and accepted payment method that may be updated from time to time and that may include payment through your account with a third party (e.g. if you’re using a Bank transfer). If you do not cancel your subscription before the billing date, you authorize us to charge a subscription fee for the next billing cycle via your Payment Method (see “Cancellation” below).

1.2. ANITA ZUGEC can offer you a number of subscription plans, including special promotional plans or subscription fees. Some subscription plans may have different terms and restrictions, which will be described in your application or in other communications available to you. Specific details about your subscription for ANITA ZUGEC can always be found by visiting our website and clicking on the link “Account” which is available at the top of the website ANITA ZUGEC under the name of your profile.

2. Free Trial Periods

2.1. Your subscription for ANITA ZUGEC can start with a Free Trial Period. The duration of your subscriptions’ Free Trial Period will be determined during your application, and is intended for new members and some former members to try the service.

2.2. Eligibility for the Free Trial Period is determined by ANITA ZUGEC in its sole discretion and it is possible to limit the eligibility or duration to prevent abuse of the Free Trial Period.

We reserve the right to revoke the Free Trial Period and put your account on hold in case we determine that you do not meet our conditions. Members of households with existing or recent subscription for ANITA ZUGEC are not eligible. We may use information such as device ID, Payment Method or account email address used with existing or recent subscription for ANITA ZUGEC to determine eligibility. Restrictions may apply to combinations with other offers.

2.3. ANITA ZUGEC will charge a subscription fee for the next billing cycle through your Payment Method at the end of the Free Trial Period, unless you cancel your subscription before the Free Trial Period expires. To view the subscription price and end date of the Free Trial Period, visit our website and click the “Billing Details” link on your “Account” page.

3. Billing and Cancellation

3.1. Billing cycle. Subscription fee for the ANITA ZUGEC service will be charged via your Payment Method on the specific billing date listed on your “My Account” page. The length of the billing cycle will depend on the type of subscription you choose when you sign up for the service. In some cases, the payment date may change, for example, if your Payment Method has not been successfully settled or your paid subscription started on a day that does not exist in a particular month. Visit our website and click the “Subscriptions” link on the “My Account” page to see your next payment date.

3.2. Payment Methods. To use ANITA ZUGEC services you must enable one or more Payment Methods. You authorize us to charge via any Payment Method associated with your account in the event that your primary Payment Method is declined or is no longer available for us to pay for your subscription. You remain responsible for uncollected amounts. If payment is not successful due to expiration, insufficient funds, or some other reason, and you do not cancel your account, we may suspend your access to the service until we are able to successfully charge you via a valid Payment Method. For some forms of payment, your issuer may charge you certain fees, such as fees for foreign transactions or other fees related to the processing of your Payment Methods. Local tax fees may vary depending on the Payment Method used. Contact your payment service provider for details.

3.3. Payment Method Update. You can update your Payment Methods on the “My Account” page. We may also update your Payment Methods using your payment provider information. After each update, you authorize us to continue charging through the appropriate (or several appropriate) Payment Method(s).

3.4. Cancellation. You can cancel your ANITA ZUGEC subscription at any time and your subscription to a particular package will be instantly deleted and you will lose access to all materials of the same, except for materials that you have previously archived in your archive. If you cancel your subscription to a certain package, you will be transferred to a free subscription package: “Positive Vibrations” and all your paid materials that you have archived until the moment of cancellation will remain available to you until you delete your account or cancel your subscription. Payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credit-subscriptions for membership periods in incomplete months or for not monitoring ANITA ZUGEC content. To unsubscribe, go to the “My Account” page and follow the unsubscribe instructions. If you unsubscribe from a certain paid package, your subscription will be suspended immediately and you will be transferred to a free subscription package, leaving you with all your archived content. If you want to delete your account, you can do so by contacting: anita.zugec@gmail.com with the indication: DELETE ACCOUNT and your account will be deleted within 48 hours, and a confirmation of your deletion will be sent to your e-mail. To see when your subscription ends, click “Subscriptions” on the “Account” page. If you subscribed for the ANITA ZUGEC subscription using a third-party payment method (e.g., a standing bank order) and you want to cancel your membership, you may also need to do so through that third party, for example, by visiting an account with the appropriate third party and disabling automatic renewal or cancellation subscriptions to ANITA ZUGEC membership through that third party (e.g., cancellation of a standing order). You can also find information on the billing of your ANITA ZUGEC subscription by visiting your account with an appropriate third party (e.g. a bank).

3.5. Changes in prices and subscription plans. We may change our subscription plans and the prices of our services from time to time; however, any price changes or changes to your subscription plans apply no earlier than 30 days after notice. 3.6. 5. ANITA ZUGEC service

5.1. ANITA ZUGEC service and any content used through the service is for your personal and non-commercial use only and may not be shared with persons outside your household. During your subscription for ANITA ZUGEC service, we give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access to the ANITA ZUGEC service and review of ANITA ZUGEC content. Except as noted above, no right, property or interest is transferred to you. You agree not to use the Public Speaking Service.

5.2. ANITA ZUGEC content can be primarily seen within the country in which you have established your account and only in the geographical locations where we offer our service and license such content. The number of devices on which you can view content at the same time is: 1 device.

5.3. ANITA ZUGEC service, including available content, is updated regularly. In addition, we continuously test various aspects of our service, including our website, user interfaces, promotional features and the availability of ANITA ZUGEC content. You can opt out of testing at any time by visiting the “Account” page and changing the “Participation Testing” settings.

5.4. Some ANITA ZUGEC. content is available for temporary download and offline viewing on certain devices (“Offline Viewings”). Restrictions apply, including limits on the number of offline viewings per account, the maximum number of devices that can have offline viewings, the time period in which you will need to watch the offline viewings, and how long the offline viewings will remain available.

5.5. You agree not to distribute, archive, play, modify, perform, display, publish, license, create derivative works from, offer for sale or use (except as expressly permitted in these Terms of Service) content and information contained or obtained from or through ANITA ZUGEC services.

You also agree that you will not: bypass, remove, modify, deactivate, degrade or prevent any of the content protections of the ANITA ZUGEC service; use any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means to access ANITA ZUGEC services; decompile, or disassemble any software or other products or processes available through the ANITA ZUGEC service; insert any code or product or in any way manipulate the content of the ANITA ZUGEC service; or use any method of data mining, data collection or extraction. Besides that, you agree that you will not transmit, post, e-mail or send or transmit by any other ways, any material with the intention of interrupting, destroying or limiting the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment associated with the ANITA ZUGEC service, including any software virus or any other computer code, files or programs. ANITA ZUGEC may terminate or limit your use of our service if you violate these Terms of Service or are involved in illegal or fraudulent use of the service.

5.6. The quality of ANITA ZUGEC content display may vary from device to device, and may be affected by various factors, such as your location, bandwidth capacity, and/or the speed of your Internet connection. The availability of HD, Ultra HD, and 4K quality depends on your Internet services and device capabilities.

Not all content is available in all formats, such as HD, Ultra HD and 4K.

The default playback settings on mobile networks exclude HD, Ultra HD and 4K content. The minimum connection speed for SD quality is 0.5 Mbps; however, we recommend a faster connection for improved video quality. For receiving HD content (defined as 720p or higher), a download speed of at least 5.0 Mbps per stream is recommended. A download speed of at least 25.0 Mbps per stream is recommended for receiving Ultra HD (defined as 1080p or higher) resolution and 4K content.

You are responsible for all costs of Internet access. For information on possible Internet data usage costs, contact your Internet service provider. The time needed to start watching the ANITA ZUGEC content will depend on a number of factors, including your location, bandwidth at that time, the content you selected, and the configuration of your device.

5.7. ANITA ZUGEC The software (or website) was developed by Red Sun, owned by Mak Kurtović for ANITA ZUGEC and is designed to enable the review of the ANITA ZUGEC content through appropriate devices.

This software (or website) may vary by device and media, and functionality and features may vary by device.

You agree that the third party software, which is subject to a third party license, may be required to use the service. You agree that you may automatically receive updated versions of ANITA ZUGEC software (or website) and related third party software.

6. Passwords and Account Access.

The member who subscribed to ANITA ZUGEC and made their user account and to whom the payment is made via the selected Payment Method (“Account Owner”) has access to and control over their ANITA ZUGEC account and appropriate devices used to access our service and is responsible for all activities which occur through ANITA ZUGEC account.

In order to maintain control over the account and prevent anyone from accessing the account (which would include account review history data), the Account Owner should maintain control over devices used to access the ANITA ZUGEC service and not disclose the password or payment details associated with the account to anyone. You are responsible for updating and maintaining the accuracy of the information you provide to us regarding your account. We may terminate your account or put it on hold to protect you, ANITA ZUGEC or our partners from identity theft or other fraud.

7. Other

7.1. Applicable law. These Terms of Service are managed and regulated in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Spain. (These Terms will not limit the consumer protection rights you may be entitled to under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.)

7.2. Unwanted materials. ANITA ZUGEC does not accept unwanted materials or ideas for ANITA ZUGEC content and is not responsible for the similarity of any of its content or programs in any medium with materials or ideas that are unwantedly transmitted to it.

7.3. Customer service. To find out more information about our service and its features or if you need help with your account, visit ANITA ZUGEC help center on our website. In some cases, customer service can best help you by using a remote access support tool through which we have full access to your computer. If you don’t want us to have that access, you shouldn’t agree to support through the remote access tool, and we’ll help you in another way.

7.4. Remaining in force. If any provision or conditions of these Terms of Service are deemed invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

7.5. Changes to the Terms of Service. ANITA ZUGEC may change these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you at least 30 days before such changes apply to you.

7.6. Electronic communications. We will only send you information about your account (e.g., payment authorizations, invoices, password or payment changes, confirmation messages, and notifications) electronically, for example, via e-mail to your e-mail address which you provided during registration.
